Enquire about a wedding party

Tell us the date, the shop, how many of you and what you want done. A person replies within one business day with your barbers, the schedule and the exact total. Groom's Full Package from $110; groomsmen from $35, or from $53 with a beard trim. Groups of 4 to 10+, cut in parallel chairs. Sending this is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Before you send it

Is the booking confirmed when I send this form?

No. Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A person at the shop replies within one business day to confirm your date, name your barbers and give you the exact total. Nothing is held until you hear back.

How much is a groomsmen package in Kitchener-Waterloo?

The groom's Full Package is $110 at Waterloo and $120 at Lancaster, Guelph and Westheights, for 90 minutes. For the party, a haircut is $35 everywhere; a haircut with a beard trim is $53 at Waterloo and $58 at Guelph; a haircut with a hot towel shave is $58 at Waterloo and $62 at the other three. Lancaster and Westheights book a haircut and a beard trim as two services rather than one. The per-shop table is on the packages page.

How many people can you take?

Groups of 4 to 10 are routine at every shop, cut across parallel chairs so six people is about an hour and a half rather than four and a half. More than 10 is possible — say so on the form and we will quote the staffing rather than guess it.

How far ahead should we book?

Four to six weeks for a Saturday, more in the summer and in December. If your date is inside a week, send the form and then call the shop directly — the inbox is checked daily, but a phone call is faster when the date is tight.

Can the groom do a trial cut first?

Yes, and we recommend it: seven to ten days before, with the same barber who will cut you on the day, so the morning of the wedding is a repeat rather than an experiment. Tick it on the form and we will book the same chair.

Which shops offer it?

All four — Lancaster and Westheights in Kitchener, Waterloo on Albert St, and Guelph on Macdonell St. The menus differ slightly between them, which is why the form asks which shop you want before it asks anything else.
